We are growing — and seeking a polished, organized, communicative Inside Sales Associate to manage incoming leads, qualify prospective clients, and create a world-class experience from the very first interaction. The Opportunity: 
The Inside Sales Associate plays a mission-critical role in shaping the quality of our future projects. You will serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries, guiding prospective clients through structured discovery conversations and ensuring that well-aligned projects move forward into consultation with our design/build team.

This role requires professionalism, confidence in discussing investment ranges, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to structured processes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond promptly to new inquiries.
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery calls.
  • Evaluate project fit based on scope, budget, timeline, and alignment.
  • Guide prospects through next steps in our structured process.
  • Manage all activity within HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain clean documentation and pipeline accuracy.
  • Prepare high-quality hand-offs to the Project Development team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Design to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years in inside sales, client services, or CRM-driven lead management.
  • Strong communication skills (phone and written).
  • Confidence discussing budgets and project parameters.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Disciplined, structured, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Background in remodeling, construction, design, or luxury services.
  • Experience working with high-value clientele.
  • Enthusiastic about remodeling industry trends and best practices.
